Police at Congo Cross have arrested two men and destroyed a kiosk believed to be used for peddling narcotic drug, kush in west Freetown community of Murray Town.
Congo-Cross Police revealed that they raided the area thereby arresting two individuals identified as Jonathan Santos Peters and Bassie Kuyateh.
The two men are said to be in possession of wraps substance suspected to be narcotic drug, Kush.
The operation is said to be have been headed by Assistant Police Superintendent (ASP), Emmanuel McCormack.
Police said they received a tip off from locals at Trelloney Street that the kiosk was being used by drug dealers and abusers in recent times.
Report indicated that the police have demolished the kiosk while the two men are currently helping with investigations at the Congo-Cross Police CID
