Nigerian multiple awards winning gospel musician, Buchi and his team has decided to withdraw legal actions against a blog over false and malicious publication.
The blog, Naijahotstreetjamz promoters falsely posted on it Facebook page that the singer is dead days back.
This false publication made Buchi and his team to use a legal action towards the media house thereby authorising it to debunk the story and pull it down.
The blog immediately responded to the order thereby, debunking the news and publicly apologising through it page.
They posted:
“GOOD DAY OUR BELOVED FANS & NIGERIAN AS WELL 
PLEASE WE SINCERELY APOLOGIZE FOR ANNOUNCEMENT OF OUR BELOVED SUPERSTAR GOSPEL SINGER BUCHI DEATH.. THERE WAS A MIX UP SOME WHERE.. ONCE AGAIN WE APOLOGIZE.”
The singer’s team through one of it prodigy, a fast rising gospel singer Mista Push, immediately responded to the apology.
He wrote:
“Thank you everyone for standing up against cyber lies and false information.
The said blog have pulled down the offensive lies and have written a public apology as we insisted.”
“Their Apology is accepted!
We will also rescind the legal process already initiated.
