Some Nigerians have taken to Twitter to call out President Buhari for not attending the funeral service of top-ranking army commander Lieutenant General Ibrahim Attahiru and other military officers who passed away on Friday, 21st May 2021 when their plane crashed in the country’s north.
Reacting to news that the country’s Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Buhari was not present for the funeral procession of the late Attahiru and other senior officers on Saturday, 22 May 2021, the majority of Nigerians on social media called the act of President Buhari as irresponsible, shocking and disappointing.
