Nigerian independent journalist David Hundeyin, has revisited the 2022 shooting at the cubana club involving music star, Burna Boy.

Burnaboy was rumoured to have made efforts thrice to bring a lady from a group to his table before getting into a fight with the group.

Two members of the group were hurt in the gunfire that followed the dispute at the Cubana club.

David Hundeyin, after a year of the forgotten incident, he got into an online fight with a Burnaboy fans who named his investigative journalism as a phoney.

In retaliation, Hundeyin has produced an exposé on the singer’s club shooting, revealing some descrete details to the public.

Hundeyin alleged in a lengthy thread that Burnaboy had a gun on him during the confrontation, and fled Nigeria when the situation became urgent.

He further alleged that after paying off the victims, they signed a gag order prohibiting them from disclosing details or making public comments.

“The images above are of the bullet hole left in the thigh of Irebami Lawrence on the night of June 8, during an altercation with Burna Boy’s posse, as was widely reported. The night started this way.

“…And ended with 2 men getting shot because Burna Boy’s fragile ego couldn’t take no for an answer when he tried 3 times to get another man’s fiancee to come to his table.

“You probably know all this already. What you don’t know is that the victims testified to me that they saw Burna Boy waving a gun during the altercation, along with at least 2 other members of his posse. I recorded these conversations. Here’s the first one.
