The Rotary Club of Accra-Airport (RCAA) has donated face shields to the Akoma Memorial SDA Hospital at Kortwia in Abodom, Bekwai.
The donation was made on Tuesday, May 18, 2021.
In all, some 250 pieces of Face Shields were donated.
The donation was in support of the fight against coronavirus.
The Face shields were initially donated to RCAA by Dr and Leslie Osei from Las Vegas in the USA.
The President of RCAA, Nana Gyamfi Acheampong, was supported by Rotarian Awal Babah-Alargi, Past Assistant Governor (PAG Awal) Rotract President James Asamoah, Rotract Community Club of Kumasi, Rotractor Felicia Tetteh and Rotractor Myrna Ama Anderson to do the presentation.
