Namibian Star Tunakie’s Cause Of Death Revealed

Energetic Namibian star songstress Tunakie died on April, 24 and the cause of death is now known to the public. 

The Namibian entertainment industry will never be the same after the passing of Shambo queen Tunakie, who reportedly lost her life on Saturday.

According to The Namibian, the singer and electric performer collapsed at her salon and passed away on Saturday.

Many industry mates have subsequently sent messages of condolences all over social media, including celebrities like DJ Kaboz, Gazza, Pombili, Shilongo, and Sunny Boy.

Here are some of the condolence messages:

@Gazza467_  tweeted, “Saddened by the news of the legendary Tunakie’s passing  I’m sending all my strength and condolences to her friends and family,”@Bigben wrote “My condolences to the family, fans, and Friends for the loss of a fellow musician Tunakie Meme Waakwana. We will remember the music and person of Tuna. We met a long time ago in Windhoek West and gotten to share space and stage.#rip.”

@fireshikomba tweeted “Tunakie was special. The golden voice expressed the beauty of Aawambo culture. With her music, she represented Namibia internationally fearlessly. She blazed so brightly. God we love her and how lucky we are to have had her in our lives.
