One of Botswana’s renowned actresses, Marang Rami Molosiwa, is under fire for marrying a man believed to be 14 years older than her.
The former host of the television programme ‘Mantlwaneng’ got married recently.
But the age difference between herself and her husband, has sparked an online discussion. Her husband is said to be 43 years old while she is 29 years old.
One troll has even gone to the extent of sarcastically congratulating the couple on Twitter, aiming direct shot at their age gap.
“Congratulations Dipsy and Marang don’t worry after 10 years you’ll appear as if you the firstborn of the family yet you the husband ke gopola nako yao ghora ko national stadium against South Africa Marang ale ko Creche !!!!”

But she has moved to defend her marriage, clapping back at the troll “Yoh! The age gap chat is played out hey! No matter how you spin it.”
